It was a hot day. The FM starts at 0900. A change from previous year. My second time running Leiden marathon. I like it. The route passes the suburb of Leiden. There is a feel of the East here in Leiden. More nature and a lot of water around you. This year there are more people lining the street mostly cheering and supporting from their home. It feels vibrant and not boring at all.
Although we were warned of the warm weather, the first 15km was breezy.
We made a trip from it.
The story of the finisher medal will take a paragraph😁Did i run a marathon or dance for almost 4-hour long? Well 3.59.42 to be precise.
A few weeks after Enschede marathon, i kinda miss running another one. Addiction huh.
