3 months ago, i started training structurally.
These were my 10 km records:
2013 (first); 1.01 hour
2017 (PB before structured training); 49.31 min
2018 (PB after 3 months of structured training); 46.55 * min
2019 (45@40) ?

*46.49 on watch. Bruto and Net time difference not adjusted as there were some technical glitch.
Since structured training 3 months ago, i have been able to shave off seconds per km in every race.#everysecondscount #anythingispossible
