Duck (Branches)! Jump (Roots)! Run (Flat surface)! These three words pretty much sum up the physical trail experience.

A hospitable race event North of Holland, small scale, personable.

Water station… ohh and food too… oranges, tomatoes, bananas, wine gum, drop (liquorice) , TUC crackers, Lays crisps, really really sweet raisin bread… love ’em all…
